About Tramend Real Estate

TRAMEND Company started its commercial life as an engineering consultancy company with the title of “naghsh-NEMA” since 2009. In 2016, established the “TRENDturnkey” Company in Maslak, Istanbul, and entered the real estate industry with the engineering experience gained in the past. Most recently, TRAMEND was established in 2021 by bringing both companies together and continues to work in both departments.

Real estate services:

◦ Analysis of the development style of the city according to Istanbul Metropolitan Planning.

◦ Comprehensive consultancy service regarding purchasing property from individual and corporate sellers and the current problems and solutions related to each.

◦ Comprehensive consultancy service regarding Turkish tax laws and taxes covering all owners and tenants.

◦ Presentation of properties that suit the customer’s style, needs and budget, and serving the customer until the end of the sale or rental process.

◦ Providing after-sales services including management registration, subscription transactions, rental, etc.

◦ Carrying out all legal and contractual transactions under the control of the company’s lawyer.

◦To carry out citizenship application, residence permit and driver’s license processes.

Our architectural services:

◦ To offer the best interior design according to the customer’s budget and taste and to give the best design advice on this subject.

◦ Presenting all design files with complete (Autocad, 3d max, Revit, sketchup) programs according to the project type

◦ To present the bill of quantities as per the final design and the final price list as per the Final and approved plan.
